Darlington City Ball Field close to fundraising goal

The Darlington City Ball Field Renovation Project is nearing completion, but they are still just short of their fundraising goal. The ball field has endured many floods over the years and has been part of the community for 50 years. A graphic on the City of Darlington’s website says they are $5,000 shy of their fundraising goal. Funds will be for new blacktop, a new infield, and new fencing.
