The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Zachary Zradicka of Linden following a high-speed traffic stop that resulted in charges of Operating While Intoxicated – 3rd Offense and Bail Jumping. The arrest took place on Saturday at 3:23 PM, when deputies observed a vehicle traveling at 102 miles per hour in a 65-mph zone on Highway 18/151 in Brigham. The driver, identified as Zradicka, was pulled over and deputies observed numerous empty beer cans inside the vehicle. After field sobriety testing, he was placed under arrest and transported to Iowa County Sheriff’s Jail without incident. This marks Zradicka’s second OWI arrest in just over a month. On April 12 he was arrested by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department for Operating While Intoxicated – 3rd Offense, after being stopped for traveling 95 mph in a 55-mph zone and failing to stop at a stop sign. He was released on bond with the explicit condition not to operate a motor vehicle while intoxicated. The Saturday offense is being classified as a 3rd offense and will be categorized as a 4th offense if Zradicka is found guilty of his April 12th OWI. Zradicka posted his $1,850 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on August 25.
