Compeer Financial announced 22 middle and high schools across Wisconsin will receive up to $4,000 each to support agricultural education programs and equipment through its Agriculture Education and Classroom Equipment Grant Program. Funding will support programs and technologies for a variety of classes linked to agriculture. Local grant recipients include Cassville High School for a Bovine breeder artificial insemination simulator, Dodgeville High School for an aquaculture system. Juda School District for A band saw and table router, Mount Horeb High School for a Digital incubator, and Pecatonica CUSD 321 for A metal cutting plasma table.
