On Monday at 8:12 PM Lafayette County Deputies responded to Highway 23, Willow Springs Township for a check welfare. As a result, 40-year-old John R Rowley of Darlington was arrested for a Probation and Parole violation, Domestic DC, and Bail Jumping. Rowley was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
