Arraignment for the man accused of abducting a pregnant Beaver Dam teenager was pushed back by two weeks, online court records show Wednesday. 40-year-old Gary Day was expected to be in court on Tuesday to make his plea in the abduction of Sophia Franklin. The hearing was rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on June 17. Day is accused of two counts of child abduction and two counts of child enticement. Day was indicted on federal charges last month, on top of the state charges filed in Wisconsin and Nebraska.
