Dubuque Police are investigating a death following a suspicious vehicle call. On Thursday at 4:47 PM, the Dubuque Police Department responded to the parking ramp on W. 4th St to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the ramp. Officers arrived on the scene and observed a deceased subject inside the vehicle. The body of an adult male was removed from the vehicle and sent to the Iowa Office of the State Medical Examiner laboratory for an autopsy.
