A Dubuque man has been sentenced to five years in prison after police said he led law enforcement on a high-speed chase through Dubuque while driving a pickup truck pulling a trailer. 38-year-old Zachary A. Brenner recently received the sentence in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to eluding. The charge stems from an incident on Feb. 24, 2024.
