One arrested in Dane County following domestic disturbance in Arena

On Friday at 8:32 AM The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a domestic disturbance on Highway 14 in Arena. The suspect left the scene and proceeded into Dane County. Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended the suspect and turned over custody to Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies. 31-year-old Dakota J Ziebarth of Arena, was arrested on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property and Criminal Trespass to Dwelling. Ziebarth was transported to the Iowa County Jail where he was later released on bond.
