The Iowa County Sheriffs Department is sharing their call number for last week, June 8 – June 14, 2025. The Iowa County 911 Communication Center handled a total of 415 calls for service. The leading calls for service is 83 Traffic Stops, 4 Disturbances, 12 Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), 38 EMS Calls. 22 911 Misdials, and 23 Traffic Complaints. Falls continue to be the leading type of EMS call. Year-to-Date in 2025 there have been 10,557 calls for service and Year-to-Date in 2024 there were 10,590 calls for service. That means they’re down 33 calls compared to this time last year. 25 individuals were booked into the Iowa County Jail this past week for various offenses and holds.
