25-year-old Cameron C. Clay of Dubuque was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Sunday at his residence on charges of possession of fentanyl, assault on persons in certain occupations, domestic assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and three counts of second-degree harassment. Court documents state that Clay assaulted a Dubuque Police Department officer.
