A juvenile is dead following a UTV rollover on private property. On Thursday at 10:00 a.m., the Grant County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a UTV crash involving a juvenile on private property off of Hurricane Rd, in South Lancaster Township. The initial investigation determined that a juvenile was a lone occupant in a UTV and was performing farm chores when the juvenile lost control of the UTV causing the UTV to roll onto its side. The juvenile was not utilizing any safety equipment and was ejected from the UTV and pinned underneath. The juvenile was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Grant County Coroner. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Grant County Coroners Office, Lancaster EMS, Lancaster Fire Department, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will continue to investigate the crash
