There were no injuries following a two-vehicle accident in Kendall Township on Friday. At 8:10 AM a deputy, Belmont EMS, and Belmont Fire responded to Prairie RD in Kendall Township. 44-year-old Roger J. Richardson of Platteville was travelling on Prairie RD when he failed to stop at the intersection and struck an oncoming vehicle operated by 68-year-old Paul E. Copus of Darlington. Neither Richardson and his passenger, nor Copus and his passenger, reported any injuries. Richardson’s vehicle received functional damage and was driven from the scene. Copus’ vehicle received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Richardson was cited for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.
