Police said one person was possibly injured Friday in a Dubuque crash. 61-year-old Bill J. Custer of Galena, Ill., sustained a suspected injury but did not seek medical attention at the scene. According to a crash report, the crash happened at about 11:20 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Dodge and Locust streets. 68-year-old Kristine M. Beckman of Dubuque, was in the right turn lane on Dodge Street preparing to drive onto Locust Street and yielded to oncoming traffic. Custer, who was driving his motorcycle behind her, was looking at oncoming traffic on Locust, did not notice Beckman had come to a stop and rear-ended her vehicle. Custer was cited with failure to maintain control.
