The La Crosse Police Department have announced that they have not found any criminal conduct relating to the death of Eliotte Heinz following a preliminary autopsy. Final autopsy results will not be completed for several months. The body of 22-year-old graduate student Eliotte Heinz was found Wednesday in the Mississippi River near Brownsville, Minnesota ending a three-day search that mobilized police, volunteers and the La Crosse community.
