Multiple agencies fight Dodgeville fire

On Saturday at 04:44 AM Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a fully engulfed structure fire on North Douglas Street in the City of Dodgeville. Dodgeville Fire, Dodgeville EMS, Mineral Point Fire, Ridgeway Fire, Dodgeville Police Department and Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene. Alliant Energy also responded. Crews were on scene for nearly 8 hours working to extinguish the fire. There were no injuries reported resulting from this incident.
