Iowa County calls numbers for July 27 – August 2

 Over the past week from July 27 through August 2, the Iowa County 911 Communication Center handled a total of 472 calls for service. The top calls for service were 100 traffic stops, 7 disturbances, 14 motor vehicle accidents, 36 EMS calls, 48 911 misdials, 24 traffic complaints, and 15 animal issues. Year-to-date in 2025 there has been 13,917 calls for service. In 2024 there 13,833 calls. That is an increase of 84 calls compared to this time last year. In the last week, 17 individuals were booked into the Iowa County Jail for various offenses and holds.
