Richland Center woman arrested for meth in Arena

Early Tuesday morning, an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on vehicle for failure to dim headlights and operating left of center on Highway14 near Baxter Road in Arena. The driver was identified as 40-year-old Hope Marie Millard of Richland Center. During a search deputies located two bags of a crystal-like substance. The bags field-tested positive for methamphetamine, with a total weight of approximately 4.05 ounces. Millard faces Possession with Intent to Deliver Amphetamine over 50g and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. She is currently on probation through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
