On Sunday shortly after 7 PM, a Lafayette County deputy responded to Highway 11 in Wayne Township for suspicious activity. As a result, 26-year-old Jacob R. Ruf of Darlington was cited for Failure to Maintain Control of Vehicle, Operating Left of Center, Possession of Open Intoxicants, Obstruction, and Failure to Report an Accident.
