Dialysis Center to open in Kennedy Mall

Medical Associates Clinic is set to open a new dialysis center at Dubuque’s Kennedy Mall, where executives and medical professionals expect it will be easily accessible to older adults and those who are too sick to drive. Plans call for the center to open by the end of the year. The site will have up to 24 chairs at full capacity and will be located in the former Younkers women’s space, which already has an equipment dock and is wheelchair accessible. The project is being undertaken in collaboration with Fresenius Medical Care, a world-leading provider of products and medical services for individuals with renal diseases.
