On Friday shortly after 10:30 PM 58-year-old Frankie L. Davis of Marengo IL was cited for Operating While Intoxicated on a UTV 1st Offense and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test on Christensen DR in the City of Darlington. Davis was released to a responsible party.
