Teen flips vehicle attempting to answer cellphone

Police said one person was possibly injured Friday when her vehicle left the road and rolled over in Dubuque. 18-year-old Bridget B. Stock of Dubuque, complained of pain but refused transport to a hospital, according to a crash report. The crash occurred at about 11:30 p.m. Friday on the Northwest Arterial. The report states that Stock was driving north and lost control of her vehicle when she attempted to answer her phone. The vehicle went over the median in the road and flipped, sustaining severe damage. Stock was cited with failure to maintain control.
