Dubuque County voters can submit absentee ballot request

Dubuque County voters can submit a request for an absentee ballot for the Nov. 4 city and school election beginning this week, while requests for absentee ballots for the Oct. 4 primary election will be accepted into next month. Submissions for city and school election absentee ballots may begin today. The request form is available online at elections.dubuquecountyiowa.gov. Ballots will not be mailed to voters until Oct. 15 or after.
