On Friday, shortly after 9:30 p.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an intruder fleeing from a residence located along Highway 35 in the Township of Freeman. Law enforcement personnel responded, located, and identified the intruder as 19-year-old Jacob Hinds of Winona, Minnesota. Hinds was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing to a dwelling.
