VP Vance will be in La Crosse this week

Vice President J.D. Vance is headed to La Crosse Thursday to tout the One Big, Beautiful Bill. Vance is reportedly headed to a steel fabrication facility to talk about the megabill’s effect on manufacturing. The stop, first reported by Axios, is part of a wider tour over the past two months through swing states including Georgia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Area Democratic leaders have already indicated they plan to organize protests for the VP visit.
