Police said a pedestrian was taken to a hospital after being struck by a car Friday in Dubuque. 51-year-old Danielle L. Krueger of Green Bay, Wis., was transported by the Dubuque Fire Department to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for suspected minor injuries. According to a police crash report, the incident occurred at around 1:55 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Fourth and Main streets. The report states Krueger was walking east on Fourth Street in a crosswalk with a green light when she was hit by a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Terrance J. Fah of East Dubuque, Ill., who was driving west on Fourth Street and turning left onto Main Street. Fah also had a green light but did not see Krueger, the report states. He was cited with failure to yield to a pedestrian’s right of way.Â
