Early Tuesday morning the Iowa County Communcations Center received a report of a carbon monoxide alarm sounding at a residence on County Road K south of Barneveld in Brigham Township. Barneveld Fire and Barneveld EMS responded to the scene and found elevated levels of carbon monoxide. The residence was ventilated and gas turned off to the residence for the time being.
