No injuries from Linden fire or rekindled fire

Friday afternoon the Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a structure fire at a residence on Wasley Street in Linden. Linden Fire, Linden First Response and Mineral Point EMS were paged as well as Auto Aid from Mineral Point and Cobb Fire Departments. Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted with traffic control until the fire was extinguished. No injuries were reported as a result of the fire. Saturday morning the fire rekindled. Linden First Response along with Mineral Point Fire and Mineral Point EMS responded. The fire was extinguished again, and no injuries were reported as a result.
