Mineral Point woman arrested for OUI

Just after noon on Wednesday, the Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a one-vehicle crash on Survey Road near Mill Creek Road in Mineral Point township. Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene. As a result, 51-year-old Lisa A Chabotte of Mineral Point was arrested on the charge of Operating Under the Influence and cited on the charges of Operating While Suspended and Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control. Chabotte was transported to the Iowa County Jail and later released to a responsible party.
