Shortly after midnight on Sunday, 36-year-old Jonathan R. Ekstorm of Belmont was Cited for Speeding and arrested for OWI 1st offense while traveling on Highway 126 in Elk Grove Township. Ekstorm was brought to the Lafayette County Jail where he was later released to a responsible party.
