On Saturday a Grant County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a UTV on Water Street in Platteville. 36-year-old Cole Nelson of Benton was arrested for operating a UTV while under the influence alcohol. Nelson was warned for operating on the City UTV routes after hours, but was cited for not wearing a seatbelt and refusing a chemical test.
