Darlington man arrested for 2nd offense OWI

Early Sunday evening the Iowa County Communications Center received a traffic complaint regarding a possible intoxicated driver in Mineral Point. An Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy located the vehicle traveling South on Highway 23 in Mineral Point township and conducted a traffic Stop. As a result of the stop, 38-year-old Naun N. Palma-Murillo of Darlington was arrested and charged with Operating While Revoked  and Operating While Under the Influence 2nd Offense. Palma-Murillo was transported to the Iowa county Jail, where he was later released to a responsible party.
