An Arena man was arrested Friday morning on charges child pornography charges. Friday just before 7:30 AM, Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a subject near the intersection of Helena Road and School Road in Arena Township. 25-year-old Francisco C. Carnero of Arena, was taken into custody on charges of Possession of Child Pornography. Carnero was transported to the Iowa County Jail where he remains.
