Four men arrested for human trafficking in Milwaukee

Four men face charges in a human trafficking investigation connected to a Milwaukee area strip club. The five-year probe involving federal and local law enforcement alleges that the four, including the manager of Franklin’s On The Border gentlemen’s club, were trafficking women for sex. The club’s manager, identified as Brian Hopkins, has been charged with keeping a place of prostitution, while charges against the other three include human trafficking, receiving compensation for human trafficking and domestic abuse. Franklin city officials said earlier this week that they may review licenses tied to the establishment.
