Grant County man faces felony bail-jumping charge after alleged Facebook contact

A Grant County Man’s use of social media to make contact with another person has led to a Felony Bail Jumping charge. The criminal complaint indicated 48-year-old David H. Arnold Junior of Fennimore violated a condition of his bail. The complainant told authorities Arnold Junior reached out twice via Facebook Messenger. They were later deleted by Arnold who claimed they were sent accidentally.
