One arrested for OWI after reports of semi all over the road

Early Friday morning the Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a semi all over the road near Mile Marker 51 on Highway 18-151. An Iowa County Deputy responded to investigate. As a result of the investigation, 44-year-old Jesse Mulder was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence, Possession of Open Intoxicants by the Driver, and Operating Left of Center Line. Mulder was transported to th e Iowa County Jail and booked on the charges.
