Prosecutors are asking a judge to drop some charges against four people involved in a break-in at Ridglan Farms. Online court records show prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss the theft and attempted theft counts against Aditya Aswani, Wayne Hsiung, Michelle Lunsky, and Dean Wyrzykowski. The motion calls for the charges to be dismissed with prejudice, meaning they could be re-filed later. Aswani, Hsiung, Lunsky and Wyrzykowski were among the more than 50 animal rights activists charged after a March 15 break-in at controversial beagle breeder and researcher Ridglan Farms. The four still face felony charges of burglary and criminal damage to property as a party to a crime. A trial in the case is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
