Search Warrant Leads To Arrest For Child Pornography

An investigation into alleged possesion of child pornogrpahy have resulted in the arrest of a Darlington man. Authorites executed a search warrant at a Galena Street residence in Darlington Sunday morning.  Members of the Darlington Police Department, Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, and Wisconsin Department of Justice executed the search warrant at approximately 7:45 am.  As a result, 28 year old Luis Leon-Martinez of Darlington was arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography.  He remains jailed pending future court proceedings. The Darlington Police Department was aided by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force-Wisconsin Department of Justice in the investigation.
