Mount Hope Couple Still In Critical Condition After Crash

A couple from Mount Hope remain in critical condition after a two-vehicle crash in Grant County last week. 66 year old Michael Devlin and his wife, 59 year old Nancy Devlin were in critical condition at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison. The accident occurred Wednesday at the intersection of Highway 18 and  County Highway G west of Montfort. 30 year old Tyler Holthaus of Glen Haven was driving a milk truck when he looked down at an electronic device and didn’t see a stop sign. Both vehicles collided and rolled. The Devlins had to be extricated from their vehicle. Holthaus suffered minor injuries. Both vehicles were totaled. The crash remains under investigation.
