Members of the Wisconsin congressional delegation are unanimous in their criticism of the Trump supporters who stormed the U-S Capitol Wednesday. They interrupted the hearing to accept the vote of the Electoral College. Four people died in the violence. Republican Congressman Glenn Grothman called the people involved in the rioting “a bunch of social misfits.” Republican Congressman Mike Gallagher described the scene as “banana republic crap.” Republican Senator Ron Johnson had said before the riot he would object to the certification of the votes, but Wednesday night he voted against objecting to Arizona’s electoral votes.
