Officials with Gundersen Health System are preparing to start administering COVID-19 vaccines. In a release from Gundersen staff, they will be offering the shot to all patients 75 and older, as well as patients age 65 and up who are at a higher risk due to conditions defined by the CDC. The release also reminds people that Gundersen’s ability to offer the vaccine will depend on each facility’s supply. They ask that you refrain from calling their primary care clinics to request the vaccine. When it’s time for you to schedule a vaccination appointment thru Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics, you’ll get a letter from their staff.
