Platteville Stabbing Suspect In Custody

A juvenile from Lafayette County has been arrested in connection to an attempted homicide following a stabbing last week in Platteville. According to police, investigators linked the unnamed juvenile to the incident Friday night that happened near Walmart. Authorities say the juvenile stabbed an adult male, who suffered life-threatening injuries. The victim was initially taken to Southwest Health in Platteville and later transferred to a Madison hospital. Police did not release an update on his medical status. The juvenile, who fled the scene on Friday night, is now in custody awaiting formal charges.
