Wisconsin’s 7-day positivity rate for new COVID-19 tests continues to remain below 4% – that’s according to the state Department of Health Services. As of Thursday, the 7-day average percent positive was at 3.3%. The average has not surpassed the 4% mark since early February. Health officials say 2.55-million Wisconsinites have gotten at least one dose of COVID vaccine, or 44% of the state’s population – while about 36% of the state has fully completed the vaccine series.
