The Schreiner Memorial Library in Lancaster is hosting a virtual event Tuesday (May 11) that focuses on coping with the death of a loved one. The program – Grief and the Loss of Traditions During the Pandemic – will begin at 6:30. Kim Mindham, a counselor at Project Recovery Wisconsin, will lead the presentation. She’ll try to help participants understand and explore how COVID-19 has changed traditional ways of mourning. This program will also look at the importance of embracing closure while reimagining rituals we’ve known throughout our lives. To register for this ZOOM event – again held Tuesday evening at 6:30 – contact Kristin at the Schreiner Memorial Library by calling 723 – 7304.
