Wisconsin’s 7-day average of new COVID cases per day continues to sit below 100 as the state approaches a vaccination milestone. According to the state Department of Health Services, the daily case average saw a minor increase to 77 on Wednesday, and the state has reached an all-time total of 612-thousand confirmed cases. DHS officials said the 7-day average percent positive has also stayed at 0.7%. Health officials say 2.89-million residents have received at least one dose of vaccine, which is 49.8% of the state’s eligible population.
