Carnival Worker Dead At Dubuque County Fairgrounds

Dubuque County authorities say there is nothing suspicious after a carnival worker was found dead in his camper Monday afternoon. In an update from the sheriff’s office, they report that emergency crews were called to the Dubuque County Fairgrounds at about 12:45 Monday. Officials found the worker dead from what appears to be natural causes. The sheriff’s department issued a statement debunking false claims on social media that the death was related to a fair ride. The name of the man has not been released at this time.
