Boscobel fire officials say a crew member was taken to the hospital after battling a shed fire Thursday. According to reports, the firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion. The Boscobel Fire Department was called around 12:30 Thursday for a tractor that caught fire inside a machine shed on County Road T. When crews arrived, the structure was fully engulfed and reports say the blaze caused fuel tanks in the shed to explode. Multiple departments responded to assist – as officials were at the scene for nearly 3 hours. The shed, tractor and other equipment are all considered a total loss. At this time, the cause of the fire has not been determined. No additional injuries were reported.
