Health officials in Grant County are recommending the use of masks again to slow the spread of COVID-19. In a release from the Grant County Health Department, CDC data shows the county has increased from moderate to substantial risk of community transmission. Due to the updated level, the health department is asking everyone – including fully vaccinated people – to wear a mask when inside public spaces. COVID-19 vaccinations remain available at the Grant County Health Department in Lancaster weekdays from 8:30am to 4pm.
