Inattentive Driving Results In Crash

A Fennimore teen was taken to a hospital for possible injuries following a two vehicle crash on Sunday around 4:35pm on County Highway F near Fennimore. 38 year old Amanda Downing of Fennimore was driving north on County Highway F and was slowing down to allow a vehicle to turn and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by 17 year old Sara Wetter of Fennimore. Wetter was taken to a hospital by Fennimore EMS due to possible injuries. Both vehicles had moderate damage and were removed from the scene By Doan’s Towing, of Fennimore. The Fennimore Fire Department assisted at the scene. Wetter was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving.
