Woman From Barneveld Arrested After One-Vehicle Crash

A woman from Barneveld was arrested following a one-vehicle crash in Iowa County Saturday shortly before 6:30pm. According to Iowa County authorities, the crash happened on County Road F near Barber Road in Brigham Township. Deputies from the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and located the crashed vehicle along with property damage. The vehicle was unoccupied, but deputies located the owner at a nearby residence. As a result, 46 year old Jessi Swenson of Barneveld was cited for Operating While Suspended, Operating Left of Center Line, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control and Failure to Notify Police of an Accident. No injuries were reported.
