Drug Arrest in Jo Daviess County

Three people from Jo Daviess County were arrested after methamphetamine and reported stolen items were located at a Hanover residence. 41 year old Heath Luke of Stockton, 47 year old  Lance Monshower of Hanover, and 46 year old Dana Grant of Hanover were arrested Thursday morning in Hanover. According to the Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s department, all three face a possession of methamphetamine charge, while Monshower and Grant also each face a residential burglary charge. A report says the Northwest Illinois Tactical Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence in Hanover on Thursday morning. Officials found several items reported stolen in a residential burglary, as well as less than five grams of methamphetamine. Monshower and Grant were arrested at the residence. The incident remains under investigation.
